My Mother-in-Law, the Conservative

As you know, from my previous posts, I am a liberal.  Not just a liberal, but a discerning liberal.  You may wonder what this means and in this case, this means that I use data, science, and truth to form and back up my opinions.  This makes sense, right?

Well, my mother-in-law is a conservative and not just a conservative, but an ultra-conservative.  She probably believes that Barack Obama isn't a US Citizen or born here.  She shares things on Facebook that are ultra-conservative and she talks about ultra-conservative things.  This would be okay.  After all, I'm pretty much an ultra-liberal, right?  But her posts are all from this blog she reads.  Not even from Fox News, but stuff that hasn't yet been checked out by any sources and most of which, will never be.  Like this morning, she shared a post about how Obama signed an order saying that businesses have to show their political affiliations in their donations.  So, essentially, she thinks that an executive order is a bad thing here.  But, businesses that claim tax write offs have to say where they go already, right?  So, I'm not sure what this means.  But, now, even that site doesn't have the article.

So, I guess what I'm saying is that she does not use news sources, or even multiple blog sites, to back up her claims, just believes whatever she reads.  Which just means that she is trusting, but it sure is scary, when she believes that Obamacare is going to kill us all.
